What payment methods are accepted on totacart.in?
We accept payments through all major banks and methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets. Our checkout page mentions ‘Safe & Secure Payments — All Banks Accepted’.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) / Pay on Delivery available?
Pay on Delivery is supported on eligible orders. For such orders, if a refund becomes due, it will be processed to your bank account via NEFT or to your UPI ID.

My payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed. What should I do?
Please wait a short while as such transactions usually auto-reconcile, and the amount is automatically refunded by your bank/payment provider if the order failed. If the amount is not reversed within a few business days, please contact our support team at 1800 121 7107 with your transaction details.
Will I get an invoice for my order?
Yes. The invoice, showing the total price along with the breakup of all charges (delivery, handling, taxes, etc.), is made available to you as per applicable laws.
